At the School of the Art of Living, we believe a strong healthy body is fundamental to a strong healthy lifestyle. We offer opportunities for students to achive a strong, healthy body by participating in our martial arts and physical exercise programs.

Curriculum


Our Martial Arts Department offers lessons, classes, and group participation in Shotokan Karate, Track & Field, Swimming, and Yoga.
